History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. History: Rurik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His crest, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hirrathak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hirrathak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
