Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gargax does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gargax was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Travok lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Bharash enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat, and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. His silver hair is cut short. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
