History: Andraste was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Barakas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barakas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
