He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Osco studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
