Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears tan trousers with green and blue striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Nissa was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
