She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mordai does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mordai and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Stacee lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by her family.

She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she feels kind of lost in life
