History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cressel was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
