Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kipper grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Irann enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
