Shivering was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Shivering and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.
