History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nirgel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nirgel. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Lorilla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.
