History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Meriele took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raiann grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Raiann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Raiann was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
