Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ranala does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
