Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Burgell does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Burgell reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This man sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west to a Sculptor, Travok learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sculptor responsibilities is difficult; and he has money and likes to spend it
