History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Claira fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Robert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Robert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
