History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
