Description: Standing 5'8", this man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Lucan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on her right hand. She wears her silver hair up. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her first spouse was a Cook, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.
