She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is fixated on the number 61. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
