History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
