Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 6'7" and muscular, this western man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born into a rich family. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scimitar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's in love; and to settle down with his crush

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Goroth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends
