History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Malquis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents enrolled her in a Druid school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
