Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Shipwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Shax liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She tends to her Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
