History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born in the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
