History: Kali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and half-elven compassion

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Pâsh's homeland. Pâsh decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
