History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sybil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sybil. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
