History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
