Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Halander was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
