He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Doctor. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Doctor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
