History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kite grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. During his travels, Kite and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kite discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kite fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Chay was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
