History: Gale was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Jillian managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
