History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Pyntle liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Rathkran was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to reunite with his absent mother
