History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
