History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During her travels, Drifting and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Drifting discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Avice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Avice was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
