Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His black hair is still thick. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Heian was a troubled youth.
