Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. He wears a black wide-brimmed hat and black clothes. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ratbag's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
