History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Nora's homeland. Nora decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
