History: Thamuz hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

History: Agnes hails from a village terrorized by drow. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
