Personality: Sariel is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sariel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He stands about 5'7" and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a dull look in her green eyes.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ilanis is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Dilettante, but she got bored and became a Sculptor. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and she's looking for her big break
