History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Theodoric learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Whurdred is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
