History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult
