Description: This light-skinned male wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a lance on his belt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

A true patriot, Spring would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She tends to her Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
