Personality: Cloak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Markosian and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Breena reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
