As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born into a rich family. Paelias was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
