History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Donaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for her, and Avice does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Avice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Avice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to share knowledge with the world
