Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, brown shirt, and pastel tie. Her crest is cut close to her head. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Sapply is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sapply lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
