Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ar-Baruk does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.
