Description: This late middle aged man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze and is in decent physical shape. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and money/treasure

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He got into the Sculptor business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Jeweler, but he got bored and became a Sculptor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
