Personality: Dean hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Sethrekar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Sethrekar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sethrekar hails from a village terrorized by giants. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Eloise will drive conversation. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Eloise and her spouse have recently divorced.
