History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Therai was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
