Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a halberd on her belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'0" when asserting herself. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. At a young age her father died while driving off some dire rats. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in halberd use. After a long history of fighting, Grai and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She is baby faced.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fisher business.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's in love; and money/treasure

Description: She wears suspenders and blue workpants. Her shirt is yellow, and she wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. She carries with her a set of kukris on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. Sporting a brown mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her first spouse was a Assassin, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is content; and an old rival family wants her found
