History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Olgoth was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Helja was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
